Our 120-bed facility provides live-in care and rehabilitative services, helping residents achieve the greatest possible degree of health, independence and happiness.   
  

Registered nurses licensed practical nurses and registered nursing assistants provide 24/7 skilled care.    Strong support of staff education is vital as we believe in “investing” our time and money in excellent employees. Our staff is continually updated on new procedures and medical information through regularly scheduled training.   Four distinct resident environments have been created at Burns Manor. This assures that residents with similar diagnoses are placed together to assure the best care and comfort of each resident.
